This wiki is a discussion and working space to support implementers, contributors and parties interested in the  e-Framework. It's for people developing SUMs and e-Framework documentations. The e-Framework for Education and Research is an international initiative. It's primary goal is to facilitate technical interoperability within and across education and research through improved strategic planning and implementation processes.

Geospatial - Geospatial is a term widely used to describe the combination of spatial software and analytical methods with terrestrial or geographic datasets. The term is often used in conjunction with geographic information systems and geomatics.  Wikipedia - Geospatial. On 24 July, in Canberra, Australia, a Geospatial workshop was held - this was a collaborative UK, Australia and New Zealand venture. Go to the report on the Geospatial workshop.
