This SUM describes the use of services related to the communication of Publisher Deposit Policy information, from Publisher Deposit Policy Lists that are maintained in different countries. * Researchers and Institutional Repository Managers should not have to look in more than one place to find the information they require

* Information about publisher policy can be embedded into institutional deposit workflows

* Information about publisher policy should be presented clearly, and in a consistent manner

Given that Regional Publisher Deposit Policy lists are likely to reside all across the world, establishing common publisher policy services, service usage patterns, and data models is essential to enabling this work to continue.
